The Janus Syndicate Call for Extras is an invite-only Steam group that was created by Xanatos for JS community members to become extras in a planned Day of Defeat: Source machinima. It was started on February 2, 2010 and became inactive by February 20 due to server problems during test filming sessions. The machinima was eventually scrapped in place of Unfriendly Fire, which started development 3 months later.
